I remember the tune well.  The song certainly got a new lease of life when it was featured in The Wolf of Wallstreet (2013), though most folks of my age remember the tune from the Flashdance OST (1983). What many people don't know was that it was actually a cover. The original was an Italo Disco tune by Umberto Tozzi from 1979. It was a pretty big hit in Europe at the time. The original: |
